Delivered as part of the TMM joint Venture with C&M McNally and partners, this project
involved the construction of two 3 m diameter tunnels and installation of GRP pipe for the
Sister Grove Regional Water Authority. The team developed a comprehensive proposal
covering pricing, work plan, organization, key personnel, equipment resources, and
schedule — earning the highest technical and commercial evaluation score among all
bidders.
