We value expertise and build collaborative teams around those best equipped to lead and participate in each project.

Respect

We value our clients, employees, and subcontractors, building relationships based on consideration, listening carefully, and working together to help them achieve their goals.

About Us

History

Founded by brothers Mike and Chris McNally, both professional engineers in Ontario, C&M McNally has deep roots in tunneling. Their father, Pat McNally, ran an industry leading tunnel contracting business in Ontario during the 1960s and 70s. In the 2000s, the company expanded to include four family owners, continuing the legacy of success.

A family tradition of engineering excellence that spans generations.

About Us

Our Team

C&M McNally thrives on mutual respect, valuing every team member’s expertise. Guided by our four owners, our success depends equally on our dedicated family of employees. From office staff to labourers, many of whom begin and end their careers with us, we work to create a positive experience for both our team and our clients.
