Delivered as part of a Joint Venture, this project involved the construction of multiple
tunnels with permanent pipe installation completed through a two-pass tunneling system. The work included numerous deep cast-in-place shafts and extensive connection work to existing and aging infrastructure. All major tunneling and shaft construction activities were completed ahead of schedule, demonstrating strong coordination and execution across all teams.
