This Design-Build contract delivered a complete, construction-ready raw water supply system as part of the Enwave Deep Lake Water Cooling (DLWC) system expansion. The project scope included design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and all associated supporting works. It featured a large-diameter tunnel and two deep shafts with permanent cast-in-place structures, enhancing the Enwave system’s capacity to deliver sustainable cooling to downtown Toronto using deep Lake Ontario water.
